I am a postdoctoral fellow at MetaGenoPolis, INRAe Jouy-en-Josas, France. A dive into human gut microbial networks obtained with shotgun sequencing, in which I will contribute regarding the network robustness, clustering and comparison.

I completed a thesis in Applied Mathematics, entitled “Network inference from incomplete abundance data”. This work was supervised by Stéphane Robin and Christophe Ambroise and realised at the French Mathématiques et Informatique appliquées Lab (MIA-Paris).
